About Pie Of Origin

Traditionally, Pie of Origin is an annual fundraiser where NSW & QLD face off during State of Origin to raise money for kids in need. Previously, $1 from every pie goes to The Children’s Hospital at Westmead. But this year, we are mixing things up to raise even more awareness and funds for sick kids in need. Stay tuned!

First ever campaign in partnership with the NRL

On Game Day Saturday (before State of Origin Game 3 2025), families were able to pre-order a “Pie of Origin Pack,” a box of handcrafted Glenorie Bakery pies, and pick it up at their designated club: Penrith Panthers, Parramatta Eels, or North Sydney Bears

Pie of Origin raises funds through bakery competition, auctions and community events supporting The Children’s Hospitals at Westmead with vital equipment and care, thanks to sponsors, media, and local supporters.
